SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING Bazary ships nationwide throughout the Mexico via Estafeta, FedEx or DHL. We currently ship orders next day air on Tuesday and Thursdays weekly, excluding any holidays. Shipping is free. Orders cannot be delivered on Sunday or on the following major holidays Mexican holidays, SHIPPING POLICY If your shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We ask that you allow up to 3 days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors. Please report all shipping issues or missing items within 15 days of delivery. Expected delivery dates are scheduled by the carrier. Any delays once shipped are unfortunately out of our control. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labelling for the carrier. BAZARY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: Delays in transit and delivery times due to carrier service disruptions or delays. Missing parcels or redelivery of orders due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, stolen, or damaged. Once the carrier confirms delivery, any loss or damage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with the carrier for more information and filing a claim directly with them. To help prevent theft, we suggest shipping to a secure location. Orders stuck in customs or customs & duties fees – we cannot be held responsible for customs delays or fees related to customs or duties on international orders. Please get in touch with the carrier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable to refund the product held at customs or for any return to sender fees. Delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control. Carrier delays that can impact your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 2 business days before your desired usage date to allow for delays. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS Orders may not be canceled within one business day of making the order. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us at contact contact@bazary.com.mx immediately. We will do our best to meet your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing and schedule.
